Dave and I want you to know how great we like the “Flip Ur Bird”. We used it for the first time to back our turkey on Thanksgiving Day. This was the very first time that preparing the turkey was so simple and easy.
Our whole family enjoyed watching the turkey bake, as they looked through the window in the oven door.
This is the very first time in my many years of baking the turkey that everyone at the table asked to have the plate of turkey passed to them several times. The 25 pound turkey had very little left after the meal was over. The turkey was so tender and moist and juicy. I froze the small amount of turkey that was left over, and when I warmed some up for dinner last evening, it was still as juicy and moist and tender as it was on Thanksgiving.
The compliment mss heard by the grandchildren was that the turkey was all in one piece (looked like the picture of the Thanksgiving Turkey you see on a picture). Every year previously I would put it all fallen apart on the dining room table.
The “Flip Ur Bird”- because it is made with a great grade of stainless steel, was so easy to wash after the meal was over. It stores so easy also.
We are planning on baking a Ham for New Year’s Eve in the “Flip Ur Bird”. Our granddaughter is making a Prime Rib with the one our son Roger owns.
Thanks again for sharing the Flip Ur Bird information with us. We will be using it often.
